JOB BRIEF
Consulting with executives and other business leaders to identify improvement opportunities
Creating reports for internal teams, external clients and stakeholders
Collaborating with team members to collect and analyze data
Visualizing data with graphs, infographics, and other methods
Establishing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
Structuring large data sets to find usable information
Processing information with a team of analysts and other associates
Crafting presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
RESPONSIBILITIES
Tracking all reports (more than 10 reports per month) related to the sales team's data, the data must be accurate: number of samples for different products, costs to pay Sales (e.g., sales commissions, total costs), team
Push target for Sales team, calculate bonuses for Sales team.
Quickly process data from Board of Directors' requests for data (e.g., CCO reports needed for meetings with BOD).
Analyze data information and consult with the Board of Directors (e.g., why did Team A's samples decrease this month? How should we handle it?).
Monitor and track promotional programs (before, during, and after), report when the program ends.
Optimize tracking files to make them easy to understand and lightweight, for both the report content and the entire team to give opinions, solutions, and suggestions (if any).
OTHERS
Check data on the sales portal and work with the Operation team to ensure correct data about sales representatives, sales teams, etc. Support carrying out area handovers when requested by sales or when there are new sales.
Work with the IT team to create CORE accounts, activate sales portal accounts, and delegate authority to report business performance on the sales portal when there is a new sales representative or manager.
Handle issues related to data and reports as requested by sales and teams.
Verify new accounts when there is a request from sales and update the database accordingly.
