Responsibilities:
- Develop product content on company communication channels such as Website, Facebook, Blog posts on the website, ...
- Create content for sales promotion to increase the number of customers signing up to try products/services.
- Create attention-grabbing content and attract potential customers on Website/Social channels according to brand personality & tone.
- Conceptualize & implement team communication campaigns monthly/quarterly.
- Find out the needs of customers in the ASEAN region. Work directly with relevant departments to capture insight and paint points in the area
- Update outstanding content trends & apply them to your work.
- Synthesize data on communication channels to effectively evaluate the team's effectiveness on each channel.
- On behalf of the department head, work with relevant parties/partners to resolve some assigned tasks.
Requirement:- Graduated from college or university; Graduated with a major in Marketing, Journalism or related majors preferred;
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in the SaaS field
- Use English fluently
- Ability to write articles and create content in both English and Vietnamese
- Minimum 01 year’s experience in content creation
- Experience in brainstorming, developing concepts, and writing scripts for short-form video content
- Ability to adapt writing style to different tones, audiences, and formats
- Be careful and meticulous in work.
- Experience in community management is an advantage.
Compensations and Benefits:- Negotiable salary;
- Working hour: 8:00 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday); 8:00 - 12:00 (Saturday);
