Legal Counsel for General Counsel Office (GCO)
Your key responsibilities:
• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of agreements and contracts.
• Provide legal advisory services on various subjects to business.
• Manage mandatory reporting, licensing and other regulatory compliance for the firm's business operations.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to provide legal support for various projects and initiatives.
• Develop and deliver legal related training programs to business.

Yêu cầu công việc
To qualify for the role, you must have:
• Law School Degree
• Advanced English
• 5-7 years (postgraduate) of legal experience in in-house office or law firm
• Proven track record in commercial law matters, including but not limited to contracts, corporate, data protection, and compliance matters
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Business Partner mindset, Solution-oriented advising
• Solid communication and presentation skills.

Công ty Cổ phần Mạc Tích (Martech JSC) được hình thành và phát triển hơn 25 năm, chuyên sản xuất các hệ thống lò hơi và thiết bị áp lực; cũng như cung ứng nguồn nhiên liệu và dịch vụ bảo trì.
