*** SCOPE OF WORK

A Visual Merchandising Executive works closely with Brands to implement brand visual merchandising strategy and maintain the store's image nationwide: assist and coordinate all visual merchandising activities for all stores in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh.

A Visual Merchandiser is responsible for planning and building displays that maximize impact on a day-to-day basis, to increase sales, get the customer’s attention and provide excellent in-store experiences.

• Coordinate and update monthly reports to Visual Manager from Brands.
• Define, design, and implement a visual merchandising strategy for the stores.
• Sharing monthly VM guidelines & coaching in-store VM ambassadors. Ensuring uniformity of displays across multiple store locations.
• Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
• Installing and setting up window displays, counters, and in-store displays, or supervising contractors hired for this purpose.
• Changing displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes.
• Liaise with suppliers and source elements, VM props, creative materials, and accessories for displays.
• Monitoring costs and working within a budget.
• Collect feedback from sales teams and customers on the visual impact of displays and of the changes implemented.
• Responsible for VM display in all events, store openings and other company activities both in-outside the store.

*** REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 – 3 years of working experience as a Visual Merchandiser in luxury fashion retail
• Proficiency in MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good speaking & writing skills (Both Vietnamese and English)
• Good interpersonal skills and a creative mindset
• Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results
• Practical, hardworking, enthusiastic, team-work
