Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for affordable luxury brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest-growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operations by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and execute branding strategies aligned with Lixibox's luxury beauty positioning, including:
- New product market development, product benchmarking, marketing & sale strategy.
- Stay updated on international beauty trends and apply insights to local market strategies.
- Monitor and analyze branding activities' performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights.
2. Execute content & influencer marketing across all social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) to drive engagement and brand visibility. KPIs are followers of a brand's own social channels, brand interaction, traffic generated to e-commerce platforms:
- Create compelling video content for TikTok to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Maintain and execute social content calendars to meet deadlines and ensure timely launches of branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with influencers and KOLs for content creation, ensuring brand alignment and tracking performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and product development
3. Manage & operate Brand store on Tik Tok Shop and Shopee shop. KPIs are the total revenue of a brand across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to manage listing and promotion.
- Coordinating to perform other tasks as requested by the Line Manager.- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in branding within the luxury beauty sector, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Strong proficiency in both English and Vietnamese, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in managing social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) and creating impactful content.
- Track record in KOL management, from booking to performance tracking, with a focus on ROI.
- Demonstrated ability in video content creation, particularly for TikTok, with a knack for storytelling and trend identification.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability for branding activities' performance and deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
