- Work with stakeholders/key end-users to define the detail business requirements
- Research and understand the business objectives and issues to provide client with solutions
- Discuss with project team to analyze and understand requirements of the products
- Prepare user requirement, workflow, corresponding business process flow, data store requirement, etc. for the development of systems or business processes
- Prepare the proposal on business enhancement as well as potential product development
- Discuss/communicate with key users/stakeholders/customers to ensure the requirements fully documented and communicated properly
- Prepare the corresponding documents for the result of business analysis, manage project (technical) documents
- Project operations - training and coaching to user on how to use the application system, participating in User Acceptance Test, etc.
- Involve the study on appropriate marketing plan, profit and loss analysis, cost control, etc.
- Support the estimation of new projects
- Gather market trends and internal data to conduct business analysis and provide recommendations and enhancements to the business
- Report toManager issues related to projects, contracts, work ofteam and the company

Currently we are recruiting BA positions with the following requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in equivalent position
- At least 2 years of experience as a BA position and Korean (topik 6)
- At least 5 years of experience as a BA (HRM)
- Graduated from University/College majoring in IT or other related majors
- Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio);
- Can use design and modeling tools such as Axure, UML, Figma
- Ability to communicate and handle technical issues
- Good thinking, agile, grasping problems quickly.
- Ability to collect, analyze and synthesize information.
- Ability to write documents, communicate well, present problems well.
- Experience in using tools to help build requirements analysis documents and prototypes.
- Creative, logical, proactive thinking. Has good pressure resistance.
- Good English/ Korean
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with focus on computer science, information technology, systems development or a related field (non IT)
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonaland teamworkskills.
- Highly responsible in work, proactive, self-organized and good teamwork spirit
- Time management skills
- Creativity skills
- Have one of ECBA, or CCBA, or PBA or higher certificated isadvantage.
