Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with the services organization and functional business units to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Digital Application Support: Provide support for various digital applications used by the services organization, ensuring they meet the business needs and are optimized for performance.
Requirement Gathering: Conduct detailed requirements analysis, document processes, and perform user acceptance testing.
Solution Design and Enhancement: Design and propose enhancements to existing systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and improving operational efficiency.
Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and provide training to users on new systems and enhancements. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Technical Liaison: Act as a bridge between the technical teams (IT/development) and the services organization to ensure clear communication and effective delivery of solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend innovative solutions, and implement best practices.Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within a services organization.
English requirements: Excellent fluency in English & Vietnamese is very important (both written and verbal).
Technical Skills: Proficient in using digital applications and tools such as CRM systems, ERP systems, and other business applications. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly..
Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: Would like person to have 2-3 hour overlap with US timezone.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or similar.
Experience: Previous experience working in the services industry or with service delivery teams.
