- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and product development, to design solutions that meet business needs and align with industry best practices.
- Serve as a key point of contact between business units and technical teams, translating complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
- Conduct detailed risk assessments for proposed solutions, ensuring that all potential risks are identified, analyzed, and mitigated in alignment with banking regulations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories, to support project delivery and compliance.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives, providing regular updates and insights as needed.
- Support the testing phase by validating that solutions meet business requirements and identifying any issues or discrepancies, ensuring quality and compliance before deployment.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on the banking industry.
- Knowledge of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools, methodologies, and software, with the ability to leverage these for effective solution design.
- English: writing, reading.
