Design & Website Decoration: Create visually appealing banners, graphics, and decorations for our websites, ensuring they align with our brand identity and enhance the user experience.
Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the impact of design changes and promotional assets on user engagement and conversion rates, using insights to refine and improve designs.
Cross- Channel Consistency: Maintain a cohesive visual style across all online channels, including our brand.com website, multi- brand platform, and marketplace stores (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok).
Campaign Asset Design: Design digital assets for various online campaigns, including promotional banners, landing pages, and email marketing materials, optimizing them for engagement and conversion.
Market Trend Research: Stay up- to- date with industry trends and competitor activities to keep our visual content competitive and innovative.
Collaboration with eCommerce Team: Work closely with the eCommerce and marketing teams to understand campaign goals and translate them into effective visual content.

Relevant Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
Experience:

Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in UX/UI design or graphic design, preferably in eCommerce or retail.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating banners, website assets, and other promotional digital materials.
