Job Title: Mobile Developer (Android/iOS)

We are seeking 06 skilled Mobile Developers to join our team and contribute to building high-quality mobile applications for both Android (using Kotlin), iOS (using Swift). The ideal candidate will have experience in developing mobile applications. This role is open to all levels, from Fresher to Senior, with responsibilities tailored according to experience and skill level.

1. Key Responsibilities

- Design and Develop:

+ Fresher: Assist in developing and debugging Android/iOS apps, learn core concepts and follow best practices.

+ Mid-Level: Build, test, and improve app features for Android/iOS; manage minor projects independently.

+ Senior: Lead architecture design, and guide team members in mobile development best practices.

- Performance Optimization: Ensure seamless performance and responsiveness of the applications across various devices, addressing potential issues proactively.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers, to ensure cohesive, high-quality mobile applications.

- Research & Development: Stay updated with industry trends, mobile technology advancements, and implement new solutions to enhance app performance and usability.

2. Requirements

- Graduated from University with a "Good" or higher classification in Information Technology or related fields

- For Android Developers (Kotlin):

+ Fresher: Basic understanding of Kotlin, Android SDK, and mobile app development concepts.

+ Mid-Level: 2-3 years of experience in Android app development using Kotlin, basic architectural patterns.

+ Senior: 4+ years of experience, expertise in advanced Android features, architecture patterns and experience in managing complex Android applications.

- For iOS Developers (Swift):

+ Fresher: Basic understanding of Swift, iOS SDK, and mobile app fundamentals.

+ Mid-Level: 2-3 years of experience in iOS app development with Swift, basic architectural patterns.

+ Senior: 4+ years of experience, deep knowledge of architecture, experience in managing large iOS applications.

3. Preferred Qualifications

- Super App Experience: Prior experience with Super Apps or multi-functional mobile apps is highly preferred.

- API Integration: Knowledge of RESTful APIs and how to integrate backend services with mobile applications.

- UI/UX Standards: Understanding of Mobile App design principles and interface guidelines.

- Continuous Integration: Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
