- Event Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, develop event concepts, and create detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

- Logistics Management: Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, accommodation, and other event-related services.

- Vendor Management: Source, negotiate and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services within budgetary constraints.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, including cost estimation, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting.

- On-site Event Execution: Oversee on-site event setup, manage event staff, coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event.

- Event Marketing and Promotion: Assist in developing event marketing and promotional materials, including invitations, brochures, online campaigns, and social media content.

- Understand clients needs: Communicate with clients about their needs, providing regular updates, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the event planning process.

- Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess event success, gather feedback from stakeholders, and identify areas for improvement in future events.

- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event management to bring innovative ideas and approaches to event planning and execution.

- Proven experience in event planning, preferably in Hospitality industry.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with great attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
