Mô tả công việc
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and maintaining sales databases.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Administrative support to the team.
- Draft, review contracts, and prepare related documents (acceptance minutes, contract liquidation, quotation (if any)).
- Prepare internal documents: Payment request and stationery request.
- Develop monthly sales reports, andupdate reports required by line manager.
- Data collecting, customer research.
- Processing of invoices and expenses for the team.
- Booking meeting room, ordering stationery, managing team's schedule.
- Internal and customer communication.
- Weekly contract and sales track.
- Support data management.
- Proactively take the initiative to contribute solutions and ideas to the successful launch and business growth of clients.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 1 year experience in a similar position
- English intermediate level
- Time management, and problem-solving skills; especially managing the timeline for the client’s projects and providing creative solutions to problems.
- Client service mindset.
- Positive and can-do attitude, willing to learn, support, and adapt attitude.
