Review budget, inventory, resource, PM & CM plan for Building Maintenance (BM) team. Building risk assessment, failure mode analysis and proposal report. Yearly on-demand/CM project proposal and execution. Involve in T&C, buy off the project under Intel with the third party.

Report for ceiling replacement and repair, monthly report.

Review the tasks regarding such as annual ceiling measurements and alignment, report the issue on WaC as well as Mezz, update ceiling drawings after change, action line fixing at site.

ESD floor project: Support and back up for project leader in report and site execution. CSA (civil, structure, architect): Review PM/CM plan for BM team such as Roof, ceiling, floor, wall, furniture, hardscape, toilet , plumbing, storm rain, sewer, grease trap...

Championing Improvement

Do you get excited by improvement works? As part of a larger team, you will be involved in launching various improvement and savings programmes that will benefit both us and our clients. For example, you will be involved in the implementation of energy management programmes to help cut utilities costs and eliminate wastages.

This will involve working closely with our vendors, coordinating with them on a variety of projects—from beginning to end. You’ll see to it that our vendors are managed accordingly, and that technical and safety audits and repairs are in sync with the projects’ timeline.

Putting best practices in place

Do you like sharing ideas to improve the work process? As our facilities engineer, you’ll contribute to the creation of engineering service delivery standards. You’ll also help in the planning, implementation and review of site-specific processes and protocols.

Teamwork should also be one of your strongest points, as you’ll work with a team to ensure that all performance targets set out in the contract are being met. To do this, you’ll develop tools that help measure the technical team’s performance on a quarterly or annual basis.
