Full Job description
1/ Developing & Executing Sales Strategies:
Works with operations teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Work with sales leader to ensure understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of this strategy for total revenue areas.
Develops, implements and sustains aggressive solicitation program focused on increasing business.
Assists with the development and implementation of Marketing, Social Media and brand promotions, both internal and external.
2/ Maximizing Revenue:
Provides positive and aggressive leadership to ensure maximum revenue potential
Provides targets in conjunction with financial objectives for Marketing, Sales teams to confirm and seek out new business, achieve goals
3/ Managing Sales Activities:
Monitors all day to day activities of direct reports.
Participates in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.
Analyzing & Reporting on Sales and Financial Data

-2-year bachelor's degree in Marketing
- Ability to communicate well in English, both written and spoken
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project and SharePoint;
-Ability to understand customer needs;
-Excellent communication and presentation skills;
-Ability to plan, organize and direct the work of others.
