Provide technical support and customer service primarily for nail salon owners, restaurants, hair salons, auto repair shops, bubble tea shops, and fast food establishments across the United States and Canada.
Perform tasks on computers (offline, online, remote) and company devices such as card readers and POS systems.
Conduct product installations, training, and demonstrations, and resolve any issues related to company equipment and services.
Demonstrate leadership, management, and team development skills.
Have a strong understanding of network systems, security protocols, and data protection measures.

Good English communication skills are a significant advantage (English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.5 - 6.0 or similar).
Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking).
Clear and fluent voice without regional accents, showing confidence in communication.
Knowledge of computer networks, including router, modem setup, and backup IP.
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude, self-discipline, and proactive working methods.
Own a laptop/PC capable of supporting remote work (WFH) in emergency situations.
At least 3 years of experience in a technical management position or equivalent.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with POS systems for salons and card payment equipment is a plus.Laptop
