Administration Tasks:
Carry out daily administrative tasks for the departments (general affairs, purchasing, payment, document control etc.).
Take charge of monthly expense monitoring (fixed assets, CIP etc.)
Cooperate and register for work permits with contractors and suppliers.
EHS tasks:
Conduct and monitor equipment's calibration and measure environmental parameters periodically.
Take charge of chemical and waste management and EHS tasks at the department.
Comply with labor safety process and company regulations.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

· Education: University/College with Law/Labor Safety, environmental or similar majors.
· Language: Business English or Japanese N3-N2
· Have at least 01 year of experience in manufacturing factories as EHS/ISO position or similar role.
· Be proficient in MS Office
· Proficiency in SQL, Visual Basic, Macro etc. and knowledge of ESG/HSE systems are advantageous.
· Can commute by motorbike to work.
