- Develop technical documents for vehicle
- Manage technical documents (Develop, revise, store and search)
- Conduct training for customer FCT/CCE
- Conduct training for Dealers staffs of training program: HS4, HS3, HS2, HS2, Electrical system, DX, New product technical training...
- Support, co-operate with other Dept for any related technical and customer training, technical documents...
- Other jobs by management requirement- Bachelor Degree in Automotive/Mechanical or related fields
- MS Office and English proficiency (TOEIC 550 up)
- Having certificate Driving license B2 or C
- 03 years & above experience working at the same level
- Good communication, computer skill and problem solving
- High level of team-work skill
- Having coaching/training skill is an advantage
