Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the achievement of annual in-market sales target, driving growth through distribution and increasing end users.
- Maintain and expand distribution in key cities/provinces and build strong customer relationship through excellent customer service.
- Maintain and monitor products visibility in modern trade and general trade.
- Identify leads and market potential to expand customer base in the food service channel and extend product range usage of the customers.
- Plan, implement and evaluate promotional activities for general trade, modern trade & food service.
- To track, monitor and analyse product, channel and customer sales trends in order to maximise sales opportunities and achieve desired sales results.
- Work closely with the distributor(s) and key customer(s) to ensure excellence customer and delivery service.
- Provide market intelligence regarding to market trend and competitor activities and provide recommendations for follow-up action whenever required.
- Prepare sales and product penetration report on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Prepare and update customer profile report regularly
Education & Experience:
- Diploma / Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related fields.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales, preferably from leading food companies.
- Experience in general trade is desired. Working experience in other channels, modern trade & food service will also be considered.
- Experience in working through distributor is preferred for this position.
- Experience in working with Key account customers: Aeon, Marko, Lucky, Bayon, Thaihout etc
- Displays potential for taking initiative and with inter-personal and communication skills.
- Displays basic analytical and problem solving skills.
- Fluent in Khmer, good in English is required.
- Independent, self-motivated and determined to succeed in a challenging environment.
- Willing to travel out-station and overseas, as appropriate.
- Computer skills: PowerPoint, Words and Excel.

Sâm Lai Châu (Panax vietnamensis var, fuscidiscus K.Komatsu, S.Zhu & S.Q.Cai) là loại dược liệu quý được phát hiện năm 2013 tại Lai Châu. Cây chỉ sinh trưởng dưới tán rừng già, nơi có khi hậu khắc nghiệt tại độ cao từ 1500m. Loài cây này có nguồn gen đặc biệt đối với Việt Nam và Thế giới và có nhiều thành phần dược liệu quý hiếm, tất cả các bộ phận của cây đều có thể dùng làm thuốc.
Hàm lượng saponin toàn phần trong các mẫu Sâm Lai Châu lên tới 21.34%. Đặc biệt, củ Sâm Lai Châu có thành phần saponin phong phú với 52 loại hoạt chất quý hiếm trong đó có đến 26 saponin thường gặp tại các loài sâm khác trên thế giới. Ngoài ra hoạt chất Majonoside R2 – MR2 có trong sâm Việt Nam cũng được phát hiện trong thành phần của Sâm Lai Châu. Đây là hoạt chất không phải loại sâm nào cũng có, đem lại giá trị dược liệu và tính ứng dụng cao cho các sản phẩm được chiết xuất từ sâm Lai Châu.
