• The Objective of the Role:

Manage point of sales materials (POSM) to the sales team.

Supply design work as requested.

• Key Accountabilities:

Design development (75%)

- Developing new seasonal packages and gift boxes in support of local market demand.

- Working out the design of POSM and other items customized to the Sales team's request.

- Liaising with printing suppliers to ensure deliverables are qualified and on track.

Supply and control POSM to support sales activities (25%)

- Following up the procurement process of POSM order & POSM production.

- Overseeing POSM delivery to branches in line with Sales allocation requests.

- Monthly checking and reporting inventory status of POSM in cooperation with the Sales Admin team.

Others

-  Other Marketing activities as assigned by Marketing MNG

-  Support Design for internal events, if any

-  Follow process, form as regulated in FSSC 2200 & ISO 9001:2015

• Target:

- Ensure the Packages and POSMs are qualified in terms of both design quality and supply lead time.

- Ensure that the report is clear, correct, and reflects all required information.

- Ensure the effectiveness and goals of needed activities.

• Entry requirements:

- University/College degree

- Knowledge of design, printing, and FMCG fields

- At least 3 years in design function with proven records in design development of POSM, Package, Key Visual, etc.

- Strong creative thinking

- Good at design software such as Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign… & 3D S-Max

- Good communication skills, creativity, and ability to work well independently and in a team

- Able to write and speak English

• Benefits:

- Gross salary: 18,000,000 - 20,000,000 VNĐ Gross (including allowances)

- 13th month salary
