Operate Brewing control system as brewery's production plan.
Trouble shooting with machine and in assigned production area.
Do quality check in process sample as sampling plan.
Ensure all activities in shift must be recorded and reported to superiors and other operators of the next shift to follow.
Implement the periodical cleaning in Brewing section to make sure maintaining the cleanliness of the in-charged areas.
Measure, analyze samples and in-putting into the Qualass to make sure beer is produced according to the approved norms
Monitor parameters of " First time right" process to maintain quality of beer.
Perform as a substitute whenever there is absence of other technicians or lack of manpower.
Liaise with supervisors of other sections for beer hand-over, maintenance or repair purposes to maintain production continuous.
Working time: 3 shifts (morning shift 6am - 2pm, evening shift: 2pm - 10pm, night shift: 10pm - 6am)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
College/ University graduate in Food/Biotechnology/Chemical Technology, knowledge of brewing process
Prefer candidates who have 1-2 years of working experience in beer/beverage industry or having experience in manufacturing operations/amnufacturing companies.
Basic technical knowledge (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering)
English communication and reading and comprehension technical English terms
Good at computer skills (Ms.Word, Ms.Excel..),
Careful, high disciplined awareness.
