IPP Travel Retail

RESPONSIBILITIES

·   Co-ordinate with related Departments to follow up admin task order up to final to make sure all done appropriately.

·      Assist paper works in getting new Sales & Distribution license.

·      Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.

·      Handle CRM-related data.

·      Manage and tracking all sales contracts/promotion term/POSM if any.

·      Manage databases and filing systems.

·      Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports as requirement.

·      Complete the Ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Line Manager.

PERSONAL SPECS

·        Bachelor’s degree of English/ Business Administration or in a related field.

·        Have working experience in related role as Sales Assistant/ Business Assistant.

·        Prefer experience in FMCG/ Trading/ Distribution.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

·        Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power point).

·        High sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, customer-oriented and enthusiasm.

·        Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and to take initiative.
