- Work Location: Dist. 1, Ho Chi Minh City
<Job Responsibilities>
- Oversee all tasks related to tax explanations, inspections, audits, and reconciliations.
- Manage and supervise the execution of service contracts for clients.
- Manage the internal operations of the department, and develop employee skills through internal training.
- Control the assignment of personnel and monitor the progress of each project.
- Organize workshops related to tax and accounting topics.
- Provide tax and accounting consulting services to clients through meetings, emails, and phone calls.
- Review financial statements/tax reports for clients on a regular basis.
- May work with tax authorities.
- Discuss, work, and report to the Board of Directors.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: At least 4 - 5 years of work experience in a Tax & Accounting Consulting firm including:
+ Experience in assisting with tax audits and inspections.
+ Experience in assisting with tax refund and reconciliation processes.
+ Strong experience in personnel management/ assignment
・Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax systems
・Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
・Technical Skills: Proficient in computer skills, VBA Excel is an advantage
・Other: Dedicated, creative, and able to work under pressure
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Certifications: CPA or CPT certification preferred
