Job Scope: The Senior Merchandiser is responsible for plan and implement merchandising strategies, understanding the customer behavior, collaborate with buyer and build partnership in order to drive revenues and margin. The role requires excellent organizational, interpersonal and decision-making skills, be able to satisfy the customer expectations while meeting our company objectives.

Key responsibilities/ Job duties:

• Responsible for daily merchandising duties in development and/ or order follow up
• Work closely with manufacturers & teammates in handling of product sourcing, development & bulk orders follow up, support and monitoring processes
• Liaise with buyers and clients in order to provide excellent customer service and address the specific needs of clients
• Communicate with vendors/ supplier and factories to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any potential problems
• Communicate daily with the Sales Reps/ Manager about product development, orders and Ad hoc duty follow ups, weekly updates with internal peer groups
• Excellent and successful in price negotiation and problem solving skills
• Possible travel to domestic / overseas manufacturing locations

Skills required:

- Bachelor’s degree, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience

- Good understanding on global markets

- Knowledge & experience in trims, packaging and garment industry is preferable

- Able to work independently and good communication skills

- Good command of both spoken and written English is a must

- Good command of spoken Mandarin is a plus

- Depend on the experience will be considered as Merchandiser
