Job Scope: The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for plan sales and marketing strategies, understanding the customer behavior, collaborate with buyer and production team to drive growth and profitability. The role strategic thinking, strong leadership skills and the ability to drive growth in competitive market.

Key responsibilities/ Job duties:

• Meeting with the buying offices of North American, European and Asian Brands in HK and Shanghai, build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Seek opportunities and sell to potential brand clients in Mainland China, Korea, Japan, other Asean countries.
• Work alongside the sales management teams and team leaders in North America, European, as well as coordinate sales with our Hong Kong, Bangladesh and Turkey office.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular analysis report to senior management.
• Analyze market trends and competitor to plan the strategy.

Skills required:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- With at least 5 years of relevant experience.

- Prefer experience in apparel manufacturing, packaging, button and trim accessory supply.

- Good understanding on global markets.

- Able to work independently and good communication skills.

- Entrepreneurship.

- Ownership mentality.

- Analytical skills.

- Critical thinking skills

- Excellent mental organization and use of excel.

- Good command of both spoken and written English is a must.

- Good command of spoken Mandarin is a plus.
