Our partner is a multinational payment fintech company. As part of the expansion into the Vietnamese market, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to establish and lead the operations in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a market entry strategy for Vietnam.
- Build relationships with banks, fintech partners, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee all operational functions including sales, marketing, and compliance.
- Recruit and manage a local team.
- Report to headquarters on market trends and business performance.
- 3-5 years of experience in fintech or relevant industries.
- Strong network in the banking and fintech sectors in Vietnam.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage operations.
- Strong consulting and strategic planning skills.
- Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
