JOB DESCRIPTION
- Participate in developing suitable insurance products and implementing sales and marketing strategies for digital platforms and Insurtech solutions.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and industry activities to identify new digital opportunities.
- Look for opportunities for business growth through online channels and digital tools.
- Develop and oversee digital marketing campaigns to attract new customers and enhance brand awareness
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize the customer journey on digital platforms.
- Build and manage relationships with brokers, partners, and external digital partners/ vendors to foster collaboration and develop innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor digital platform performance, ensuring KPIs and sales targets are met
- Prepare and manage periodical performance reports for sales outcomes and digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that multiple aspects are well fulfilled, relating to legal, workflow, informing between departments, and technical issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development/ Partnership Management roles, focusing on Digital projects
- Experience in the Non-life insurance industry and involvement in Insurtech initiatives are highly preferred
- Understanding of digital transformation in the Insurance industry is desirable
- Proven success in working with Insurance brokers, partners, and external vendors
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns) and customer behavior in digital environments
- Project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Fluent English is a must
