Create payment request following – work with Accounting to provide sufficient payment documents
Search, identify and evaluate potential international suppliers based on quality, pricing, reliability and other relevant criteria.
Co- operate with shipper, end user and customs broker to identify HS code
Conduct supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favourable terms for the procurement of goods and materials
Working time 5 days/week, from Monday to Friday
Manage end to end import process, including coordinating with logistics providers, customs brokers and internal stakeholders to ensure on time delivery and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Monitor supplier performance, resolve any issues and maintain effective communication channels to address concerns and maintain strong relationships
Maintain accurate and up to date records of supplier contracts, pricing agreement and other relevant documentation
Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing strategies to drive efficiency, reduce costs and enhance product quality
Collaborate with others team to forecast demand, manage inventory levels and end sure timely availability of goods.
Track order progress, check shipping documents from the Shipper
Stay updated on international trade regulations, tariffs and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to legal

Proficient in Microsoft Offices
Bachelor Degree in major of Foreign Trade/Business Administration/Import- Export, or related fields
GPA equal 6.4 or up
Communicate well in English
Problem solving, communication, negotiation and data analysis
