Mô tả công việc
- Identify and connect with new potential clients, set up appointments based on the company’s target customer segments. Meet the company’s standards for call quantity and client quality targets.
- Support customer care activities: pre-sale, during the sale, and post-sale, including both online and offline support.
- Assist with both online and offline marketing and promotional activities.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Strong English communication skills; proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
- Presentable appearance and confident demeanor.
- Ability to respond quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High level of flexibility and willingness to respond to varying demands.

- Number of calls: Achieve a set number of client calls per day.
- Appointment setting: Secure a defined number of sales appointments each week.
- Client satisfaction: Monitor and improve post-sale client satisfaction.
- Support quality: Measure problem resolution speed and efficiency.
