- Daily supervise HSE aspects relating to all the activities in the plant. Ensure fully compliance with safe work permit, working at height permit, hot work permit... and LOTO procedure and contractor management program.
- To conduct regularly HSE audit, Safe walkthrough program.
- Monitor, follow up the inspection plan for the critical safety equipment in order to comply with legal requirement.
- Maintain HSE documentation system, PPE stock/delivery.
- Control waste management document and make yearly report.
- Carry out orientation for new employees, contractors.
- Update safety information board & conduct daily 5S and HSE observation.
- Update and maintain SDS in English and Vietnamese language follow national regulations for raw materials and finished goods.
- Check the fire protection system e.g fire extinguishers, fire hoses, testing fire pumps.
- Record, monitor and follow up all incident/accident, near misses and other HSE observations.
- Conduct environment monitor program and industrial hygiene.
- Supervise security team and control security activities at plant.
- To assist in conducting annual health check and occupational periodical disease surveillance.
- Support to organize accident prevention programs from Global in order to promote safety awareness among employees.
- Performs other work as assigned.

- At least 03 years of experiences in HSE. University graduated in health & safety, environment management or relative field.
- Management knowledge in labor safety, environmental protection and risk control is an advantage.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English.
- Team oriented and personally committed to continuous improvement.
*Candidate is from Bien Hoa, Dong Nai is a plus
