Manage facilities and machinery to ensure that labor accidents do not occur.
Ensure compliance with Environmental Law, Radiation Safety Law, Occupational Safety and Health Law, Fire Prevention and Fighting and other legal regulations related to Safety, Health, and Environment
Responsible for all Health & Safety and Environmental management activities.
Implement and jointly build the SHE system with the COE team.
Analyze, evaluate and manage SHE hazards and risks, propose measures to reduce/eliminate risks.
Develop policies, rules and regulations for the SHE system at the Factory.
Safety - Health - Environment system management.
Internally evaluate and prepare/participate in external inspection/audit activities, ensuring the suitability of the SHE system at the Factory.
Develop annual operating goals, plans and budgets of the SHE department.

• Leadership skills, problem solving
• Logical skills and systematic approach.
• Understanding of HSE law, graduated from engineering major.
• Know industry Audit standards and HAZOP
• Communicate and use English
• Knowledge of databases and digitalLaptop
