Job Description

  • Sales, RTC & Trade Reporting and Dashboard ManagementKey Activities:
  • Design, publish, and manage key Sales, RTC, and Trade reports, dashboards, and data updates in Power BI.
  • Share periodic reports directly with Sales and Trade leadership.
  • Collaborate with business owners to define annual data application agendas and roadmaps.
  • Coordinate with the D&A team to ensure data availability and support for required analyses.

Detail Results:

  • Successfully scoped and aligned annual agendas across Sales, RTC, and Trade teams.
  • Organized data availability and mobilized D&A support for insights and dashboard needs.
  • Designed, managed, and published custom Power BI dashboards per business requirements.
  • Delivered daily Sales, coverage, and distribution reports directly to leadership.
  • Standardization of Sales & Trade AnalysisKey Activities:
  • Design, align, and manage analysis standards for HVN, including centralizing regional sales data tasks.
  • Create and manage a library of business facts and commercial measures.
  • Update existing report templates according to agreed standards.

Detail Results:

  • Developed and maintained a comprehensive library of business facts and measures.
  • Centralized and standardized regionally sourced data and reporting templates.
  • Ensured alignment with Sales leadership and the D&A team on all reporting standards.
  • Support for Annual Commercial PlanningKey Activities:
  • Lead analytics and insight generation for the Integrated Commercial Plan, channel strategy review, and annual channel plan.

Detail Results:

  • Provided in-depth analysis of channel performance, development trends, and performance drivers.
  • Identified and prioritized growth opportunities across key regions and channels.
  • Supported Trade Marketing leadership with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
  • ND Target Setting and ManagementKey Activities:
  • Design and manage the ND target-setting process and model, ensuring alignment with Sales leadership.
  • Articulate annual ND targets with a focus on region, channel segment, and OVT granularity.

Detail Results:

  • Developed a standardized, cross-functionally aligned model for quantifying distribution opportunities.
  • Provided data-driven recommendations for ND targets at the SKU level.
  • Led the alignment process for ND targets across Marketing, Trade, Sales, and RTC teams.
  • Strategic Project SupportKey Activities:
  • Lead and manage analytical support for strategic Sales, RTC, and Trade projects.
  • Assist the Sales Director with data reviews and insight generation.

Detail Results:

  • Mobilized analytical capabilities across functions to meet business requirements.
  • Delivered tailored analysis and insights for strategic initiatives and leadership briefs.


The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for this role would have the following profile:

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in data analysis or business intelligence are a plus.

Experience:

  • Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role, particularly within sales, trade, or commercial functions.
  • Tools: Proficiency with Power BI or similar dashboarding tools. Experience with data analysis platforms and reporting tools is essential.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial planning, sales reporting, and trade analysis in a large multinational company is advantageous.

Skills:

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from complex data sets and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and other data visualization and reporting tools. Familiarity with data management and analysis processes.
  • Project Management: Experience in leading projects and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving objectives.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data insights and recommendations clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
