About you:

We're looking for a talented SEO Content Writer & Copywriter to join our fast-paced Recruitment division. Your role is pivotal in driving pipeline growth through organic traffic by crafting high-quality content aligned with our content strategy.

Day-to-day, you'll work with the Senior Content Manager and demand generation leaders to produce content that positions us as thought leaders and drives demand, builds awareness, and generates leads. From SEO-optimised website copy to long-form gated assets and video scripts, your writing will make an impact.

Your Key Responsibilities

• SEO & Website Content: Write best-in-class SEO web content and drive conversion improvements through optimised onsite content. Focus on increasing organic traffic and MQL volume.
• Creative Campaigns: Collaborate with demand generation managers to craft compelling content for campaigns, inspiring new leads and boosting engagement.
• Content Strategy: Contribute ideas to quarterly planning cycles and create assets aligned with audience insights, buyer personas, and business goals.
• Content Optimisation: Implement ongoing content improvements to maximise SEO performance and user engagement.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work across global time zones, collaborating with teams in Europe, Asia, and ANZ to deliver impactful content.

What We're Looking For

You're a creative powerhouse with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging content. Your experience in SEO and content marketing sets you apart, and you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Skills & Experience:

• Exceptional English writing skills (native-level fluency required).
• Proven experience creating SEO-optimised content that drives traffic and conversions, across a range of formats.
• Editorial mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging content.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• A natural with data - hungry for both understanding trends and insights that fuel content generation ideas, and a desire to use data to understand performance of content and optimisation areas.
• A self-starter with high energy and a collaborative attitude.
• Design skills and experience using Canva would be a bonus.
