* Job Objective.
- Ensure the effective operation of the technical department, meeting customer technical requirements and the company's quality standards.
* Key Responsibilities.
- Planning and Goal Implementation
- Develop short-term and long-term objectives for the department.
- Create action plans and monitor execution progress.
- Process Development and Training
- Establish and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Organize internal training to enhance employees’ technical competencies.
- Personnel Management and Supervision
- Assign tasks based on individual capabilities.
- Supervise and evaluate performance, support issue resolution.
- Technical Information Handling
- Process changes from customers or internal sources.
- Communicate and implement changes promptly and accurately within the team.
- Customer Collaboration
- Work with customers to clarify product technical requirements.
- Ensure products meet specified standards and customer expectations.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues related to product standards and components.
- Other Duties
- Perform tasks as assigned by upper management.
