QUALIFICATIONS: Describe the minimum education and experience, including knowledge, skills and abilities, required to successfully perform the job. List any certificates and/or registration required.

• Minimum Diploma in Biomedical Science

• Preferably with a Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical, Pharmaceutical or related field

• Preferably with related hospital working experience, familiar with workflow and processes in the hospital

• Candidates without related qualifications but with related working experience will be considered.

• Some sales experience is preferred

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to Abbott Medical Asia’s and Abbott Medical country’s policy and requirement

• Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott Medical Asia and Abbott Medical country

• Ensure applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott Medical Asia and Abbott Medical country are executed
