Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute recruitment plans and source the most suitable candidates to fill positions
• Perform and Support onboarding and off-boarding plans
• Guide and support expatriates: Assist expatriates in preparing necessary documents for work permits, renewing work permits, and extending visas.
• Performance management and employee relations, promoting a culture of feedback and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese local labor laws and regulations
• Manage employee information
• Manage HR System
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
• 2-3 Years of Experience in Human Resources role, focusing more on employee engagement, training
• Working with Foreigners, ideally in a multi-country or multi-cultural setting.
• Understanding of HR best practices, with a desire to break the mold and create something truly innovative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels
• A passion for animals and a commitment to our mission of providing exceptional pet care
• Proactive and motivated, with the ability to tackle challenges head-on
• The ability to "get it" when we discuss ideas, focus, and ethos - in other words, you're on the same wavelength as us.
• To be able to resolve problems which in controlled duties and has to escalate to their supervisor once need assistance
• Good English skills
• Experienced in coaching 1:1 is a plus
