- Smart Office Products: Our customers love smart things. We’ll continue to improve and build more smart products, including SmartDesk (a desk that reminds you to move), the ErgoChair (a chair with personal climate control aka “Nest for your body”)
- WorkPod: Reimagining the way we expand housing. The team is adding more utilities to unlock more use cases, and scale production to meet demand. We can’t wait to see “a Pod in every backyard”.
- Participate in building real products from scratch for the global market;
- Be involved in a full lifecycle product development from design, development, testing prototypes and production;
- Take ownership of designing new products, and components for smart offices (such as smart products, furniture products, hi-tech, modern products, accessories, etc...) or redesigning and improving current products;
- Discuss and solve complex technical problems with suppliers/factories as well as other product-related issues.
- At least 1+ year of experience in Industrial Design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design.
- Strong skills in CAD & 3D modeling (SolidWorks, Fusion, AutoCAD).
- Experience with 2D/3D visualization tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, KeyShot is a plus)
- Experience with smart furniture or smart home products
- Creative mindset and passion for product innovation
- Fast learner with a proactive, improvement-driven attitude.
