Job Description

Set up a monthly budget target for ongoing facility purchase
Collaborate closely with warehouse team frequently to validate demand for new facilities and ensure that warehouse meets budget target
Design a launching plan for a new warehouse that fits business demand
Work with Procurement team to conduct thorough assessments for the best vendors for new warehouse and facilities
Optimize cost spent in purchasing new facilities and infrastructure
Monitor warehouse capacity overtime to prepare for the next expansion

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in business, supply chain, procurement, admin
Ability to travel across the country to set up new warehouses and facilities
Good communication and stakeholder management skills, good at team work
Have great attention to details, well-organized
Being fluent in English and having an international mindset is a plus
Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experienced in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) to daily job
Can be a quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
Passion for quality and continuous improvement
