Mô tả Công việc
- Control ordering perishable, D&D
- Maintain display for standard : Full display, Full POP/PC, product information labels.
- Manage quality of product and expired date
- Manage backroom follow regulations
- Manage OOS report follow regulations
- Manage DWS, Plan and monitor monthly department's roster and manpower schedule.
- Control wating time of customer at POS, Always train and remind subordinates on enhancing department customer service satisfction.
- Provide good customer services to encourage " plus selling".Be polite and listen alternatively to customer needs.
- Follow all working procedures, the company's policies, rules and regulations. Check, monitor, remind and guide General Staff to follow the rules and regulations.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Store manager.
