• To process customers’ orders and respond customers’ enquiries and requests in a timely manner
• Manage e-invoice, ensuring smooth and correct invoice issuing
• Follow up & remind overdue payments from customers
• Implement daily Customer Service activities, ensuring reliability and responsiveness to customer requests and complaints
• Coordinate with the sales team, logistic team, warehouse team and other teams to ensure customers’ requirements are met.
• Provide back-office support for internal teams like Sales & Marketing.
• Liaise with local and international clients
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
• Weekly report to Manager
• Perform other duties if required from time to time.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• University degree, major in Supply Chain, Foreign Trade, Business Administration 

• At least 07 working years related experience in: Customer Service, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Procurement, Purchasing, Order Management, Import - Export, Sales / Sales Admin...  

• Excellent communication & customer service skills 

• Good collaborative skill & emotional intelligence 

• Proficiency in English – both written and oral 

• Good ability of negotiation, have a high sense of responsibility 

• Careful and know how to organize the work properly 

• Computer literacy & systematic mindset 

• Being able to work both independently and in a team environment 

• Having knowledge of accounting receivable/invoicing; and using SAP system.
