What We Do – Accountabilities

• Checking fit ref. shoe and last
• Checking fitting
• Checking die test and grading
• Tracks pre-production schedule against actual progress.
• Compares TY vs. LY lead times.
• Weekly updates with team.
• Monitors complaint comments based on either party receiving incorrect or incomplete initial information.

Essential Functions

• Collect ref. shoe, per-fit comments from USA or customer, copy last with mother last and sample outsole together once get key item.
• Review the ref shoe with PD team related people and try to solve potential construction problems, last and outsole mold improvement as earlier as possible.
• Check shoe fitting face to face with factory people, to make sure the trial sample is made by normal process/way that can be copied into production.
• Ensure the shoe has good fitting and get approved by U
• SA within our rule as possible as we can.
• Make sure paper pattern grading, blue print, full size molds and full size lasts all be graded correctly before die test.
• Check die test with QA along production line in the factory for ensuring the process will go smoothly in mass-production.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• At least 5-8 years fitting technician experiences in branding Footwear Company
• Good command of English, speaking reading and writing
• Chinese Mandarin is a plus
