The role will focus on leveraging cutting-edge language models and Generative AI techniques to create innovative solutions in the retail industry. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy LLM-based applications.
Responsibilities
- Build ETL data pipelines for external knowledge retrieval of LLMs
- Organize, manage and optimize data quality and data processes
- Integrate various technology stacks to develop AI products
- Design and develop LLM-driven applications, including chatbots with complex workflow prompts and custom tools for LLM agents
- Collaborate with IT teams and project managers to support different use cases
- Continuously seek to improve and enhance product quality
- Integrate Generative AI technologies into the applications
- Implement and manage LLMOps processes, ensuring efficient deployment, monitoring and optimization of LLMs in production
- At least 2 years of experience in building products using GPT and other Large Language Models with LLM ecosystems and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Langfuse, OpenAI, etc.
- At least 3 years of experience in developing and deploying software and artificial intelligence products (sentiment analysis, topic modeling, text processing, and analysis)
- Strong proficiency in Python with code quality control and unit test
- Experience with Big Data and distributed computing such as Spark, Hadoop, SQL queries and vector databases is a must
- Ability to design and build CI/CD pipeline (Github, Gitlab, Azure DevOps, etc) on cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Ability to work with Docker and deployment in Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience orchestration framework such as Airflow, Dagster, Azure Data Factory or similar tools
- Experience with Agile processes such as Scrum process, or Kanban process
