Title: Middle Business Analyst

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.
• Analyze and model the business domain to create a complete picture of work-flows and technical requirements.
• Support the creation and management of requirement documentation.
• Assist in defining project scope and providing requirement-related updates.

• 3- 5 years of experience for BA position
• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Digital Transformation Products, E-commerce systems, FinTech, EduTech, and Social Networks.
• Proficiency in handling and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical requirements.
• Ability to create wireframes and diagrams.
• Knowledge of business domain modeling and the ability to create a complete picture of work-flows and technical requirements.
• Strong project management skills to manage project plans, documentation, and schedules.
• Familiarity with cost/benefit analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.
• Good in English communication.
• Willing to work outside the office 

• Working 5 days/week, from Monday to Friday, off  Saturday and Sunday.
