Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.
• Develop and manage project plans and documentation.
• Analyze and model the business domain to create a complete picture of workflows and technical requirements.
• Assist in designing or reviewing test cases, process change requests, and manage a project's scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment.
• Demonstrate the ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
• Coordinate with the project management team to ensure projects are on schedule.

Skill & Qualification requirements

• + 2 years of experience for BA position
• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Digital Transformation Products, E-commerce systems, FinTech, EduTech, and Social Networks.
• Proficiency in handling and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical requirements.
• Ability to create wireframes and diagrams.
• Knowledge of business domain modeling and the ability to create a complete picture of work-flows and technical requirements.
• Strong project management skills to manage project plans, documentation, and schedules.
• Familiarity with cost/benefit analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.
• Good in English communication.
• Willing to work outside the office
