Business & Marketing Strategy focus on Soundcore/Amazfit
- Main responsibilities oversee the brand's online sales and development of an excellent user experience and customer journey online
- Responsible for developing an overall marketing strategy, monthly business plan, and competitive growth strategies.
- Translate marketing & category plans into a business framework and optimize commercial opportunities
Campaign Planning
- Lead campaign planning, and strong & holistic execution through partnering with internal teams (Account, E-commerce & Operations) & vendors to align and achieve business goals. Include Digital activities (Digital Ads, Tik Tok KOC/KOL & media corporation) into business strategy as a pillar and generate key learnings for function.
- Judge and track media plan and control target achievements post-campaign regularly.
Media/ KOL Relations:
- Support the Manager and the team to maintain a strategic relationship with the company's network of Media and KOLs/KOCs
- Execute media & KOL relations projects
Budget Management:
- Under the leadership of the Manager - manage external agencies and assigned budgets with a Cost and Value mindset, while ensuring excellent execution, and committed KPIs and ROI with all plans and campaigns.- Ideally more than 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Good Project management skills
- Excellent analytics skills to turn data into insights and recommended actions Business management and brand development experience
- Good English or Chinese including verbal & written Sales-driven/ Result-orientation mindset
Working hours:
Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm
Sat: 8am-11.30amHoliday subsidies or condolences for employees' birthdays, sickness and hospitalization, etc.
Free physical examination: After working for 6 months, the company arranges a free physical examination once a year;
There are quarterly bonuses and year-end bonuses for sales and marketing positions. The range of bonuses is based on performance contribution, goal completion and work performance.
Tourism: The company organizes a tourism activity every year;
Employees with excellent performance will be sent to the Chinese headquarters for training by the company
