1. Strategic and Operational Support
Support the Director in executing key business strategies and initiatives.
Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare regular reports on progress, challenges, and recommendations.
Facilitate effective communication and alignment across departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
2. Administrative and Managerial Duties
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Draft professional correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations on behalf of the Director.
Assist in managing departmental budgets, resources, and general administrative tasks.
3. Project Management
Take the lead on special projects or initiatives as delegated by the Director.
Create project timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Provide status updates, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation solutions.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in a managerial, executive assistant, or business coordination role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana, MS Project).
Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
