• Create or revise 3D models (Solidworks) under the direction of design engineers.
• Create or revise professional-level mechanical drawings.
• Develop design documents for mechanical products and components
• Document the engineering materials and publish the final works to the portal
• Record the work progress and provide presentations to engineering leaders.
• Work within budgetary and schedule constraints
• Communicates with supervisors and peers.
• Supplemental engineering support, if needed
• Other duties as directed to deliver annual department objectives

• Education: Associate degree in mechanical engineering required (Bachelor is preferred)
• Professional Skills:
 Advanced level of 3D modeling and drafting using Solidworks required
 GD&T knowledge and practice required
 Basic computing using MS Office required
 Effective at working in teams towards a time-bound set of goals and deliverables.
 Ability to use popular measuring tools.
 Knowledge of common engineering materials and manufacturing processes preferred
• Experience:
 5+ years of related working experience
 Work experience on consumer products, 3D modeling, and drafting using Solidworks,
 Experience in plastics injection molding/extrusion, sheet metal preferred.
• Communication: Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to carry out and/or deliver detailed instructions. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Motivation to work in a fast-paced, creative environment, Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task based on priorities. Appreciation for people and dynamic teams with diverse experiences.
