We’re looking for Senior Product Engineer responsible to ensure various roles of product compliance, CIP & Projects Management to obtain optimum efficiency to meet customer expectations for quality and on- time delivery.
CSW Industrials (Nasdaq: CSWI) an US publicly traded company in Nasdaq stock market with approx. $2B market cap that serves a variety of HVAC end markets through 3 business units- Contractor Solutions, Engineered Building Solutions and Specialized Reliability Solutions. We’re having significant manufacturing base in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone, Dong Nai named TRUAIRE Vietnam.
Requirements
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt quickly.
• Bsc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operation Management, or any related
• Background in mechanical, material science, powder coating and industrial painting. Experience about metal plating is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (required). Must be able to communicate clearly and directly with the US team.
• 5+ years of related experience and knowledge of NPI, Product database, ERP, VE, Process Control, Lean Manufacturing.
• Collaborative, proactive attitude. Strong problem- solving skills.

Responsibilities & Duties
• Ensure safety, technical guidelines are being met to assure a safe work environment.
• Lead the new product transfers & product compliance (50%):
Work with production to transfer the engineering point from product knowledge, work instruction, sample to Production.
Responsible for Product technical database, Bill of Materials, MM accuracy and packaging instructions.
Manage the technical engineering to complete engineering requirements of new developments and production which including tooling, JFT, Tester, qualification...
Review and audit CAD drawings, product costing.
Work with Purchasing team to qualify new material, new components, and new sources for Productivity Projects such as Value Engineering, change of supplier, localization.
Assist in production problem solving, quality issues.
Work as Technical Antenna of the factory, co- ordinate with US R&D Team on drawings and product design.
Sign- off the production readiness (CAD approval, BOM completion, MM creation …etc).
Make product sample following requirements from R&D, Customer.
• Powder Coating process (30%):
Troubleshoot the coating issues.
Qualify new materials for powder coating (including metal plating, painting), develop new formula, study / deploy new technology.
Determine paint flow, DFT, and coating quality by performing proper inspections, qualification. Maintain the powder coating standard.
Setup and develop powder coating processes (including powder mixing), optimize run parameters for powder coating lines.
• Lead the CIP, VE Projects among the plant (20%):
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure that the improvements are aligned with the company&039;s goals and objectives.
Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the improvements to ensure that they are meeting the desired outcomes.
Develop and implement continuous improvement projects to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
