CSW Industrials (Nasdaq: CSWI) an US publicly traded company in Nasdaq stock market with approx. $2B market cap that serves a variety of HVAC end markets through 3 business units - Contractor Solutions, Engineered Building Solutions and Specialized Reliability Solutions. We're having significant manufacturing base in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone, Dong Nai named TRUAIRE Vietnam.
We're looking for Senior Product Engineer responsible to ensure various roles of process control, CIP & Projects Management to obtain optimum efficiency to meet customer expectations for quality and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities & Duties
• Ensure safety, technical guidelines are being met to assure a safe work environment.
• Lead the CIP Projects among the plant (40%)
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement projects to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the improvements to ensure that they are meeting the desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the improvements are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Provide training and support to employees on continuous improvement methodologies and techniques.
• Evaluate and benchmark industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation of continuous improvement initiatives, including project plans, reports, and metrics.
• Lead the new product transfers (30%):
• Manage the technical engineering to complete engineering requirements of new developments and production which including tooling, JFT, Tester, qualification...
• Responsible for Product technical database, Bill of Materials, MM accuracy and packaging instructions.
• Sign-off the production readiness (CAD approval, BOM completion, MM creation ...etc).
• Work as Technical Antenna of the factory, co-ordinate with US R&D Team on drawings and product design.
• Make product sample following requirements from R&D, Customer.
• Review and audit CAD drawings, product costing.
• Work with Purchasing team to qualify new material, new components, and new sources for Productivity Projects such as Value Engineering, change of supplier, localization.
• Work with production to transfer the engineering point from product knowledge, work instruction, sample to Production.
• Assist in production problem solving, quality issues.
• Powder Coating Expert (30%):
• Setup and develop powder coating processes (including powder mixing), optimize run parameters for powder coating lines.
• Determine paint flow, DFT, and coating quality by performing proper inspections, qualification. Maintain the powder coating standard.
• Troubleshoot the coating issues.
• Qualify new materials for powder coating (including metal plating, painting), develop new formula, study / deploy new technology.
• And the related job assigned.

Requirements
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (required). Must be able to communicate clearly and directly with the US team.
• 10+ years of related experience and knowledge of CI Projects, Project Management, Process Control, Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean 6Sigma methodologies and tools
• Background in material science, powder coating and industrial painting. Experience about metal plating is a plus.
• Collaborative, proactive attitude. Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt quickly.
• Bsc in Industrial Engineering, Operation Management, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related
