Job Purpose: The role involves bridging the gap between sales and the technical team, focusing on understanding customer needs and aligning CRIF products/score offerings to meet those requirements. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, analytical skills, and strong communication to effectively demonstrate how CRIF & PCB’s solutions can solve customer problems in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding Customer Needs: Analyzing customer requirements and understanding their business goals and challenges.

• Solution Development: Developing and proposing tailored solutions, creating presentations and crafting proposals that showcase the value proposition.

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of credit scoring methodologies to effectively communicate technical aspects to customers.

• Collaboration: Working closely with sales teams, offshore analytics teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive sales process.

• Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster trust and collaboration

Knowledge / Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of credit scoring methodologies like Linear/Logistic regression, segmentation methodologies (CHAID, CART), Random Forest etc.
• Good interpersonal skills and team player
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Some programming experience in Python/ PySpark
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English
• Experience in consulting/ consultative sales is a plus
