Responsibilities include coordinating project staffing activities, managing CVs and employee profiles, documents management (contracts and proposals), communicating with both internal and client stakeholders to schedule interviews, as well as monitoring compliance with established processes. Strong collaboration, communication and problem-solving abilities are vital for success in this fast-paced environment.
